My Journey. Mt. Everest Basecamp and more

Back in Fall of 2019 I felt I needed to explore the World. Explore cultures. Feel life. Why? It doesn’t matter why. We have been placed on this amazing planet for a purpose. We may never know what that purpose is.

What I do know is that our time is limited and what we do with that time is up to us.

For the last month, I have been packing. Buying from the list that has been given to me by my guide. Everything from crampons, ice axe, nuts, snacks, socks, special parka to keep me warm at zero degrees, special duffle bags and the list goes on. This week I looked at the pile in my bedroom and realized, I better start packing. This bucket list trip is happening.

It is Friday night, the day before my flight and I am packet. Exhilarated and anxious. I am letting my mind be open and experience the next 21 days like a sponge. Boise to Seattle to Qatar to Kathmandu.

Over and out.

Thank you for following my journey.
